Relationship-focused therapy for children, couples, and families in Colorado.
Welcome to Revive Child and Family Therapy. I offer a calm, relationship-focused therapy space in Colorado for children, parents, couples, and individuals who are feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure where to turn.
People reach out for many different reasons. Some are worried about their child and sense there is more beneath the meltdowns or shutdowns. Some feel stuck in cycles of conflict or distance with a partner. Others are carrying stress, grief, or emotional weight and want a place to slow down and be heard.
While Revive Child and Family Therapy offers several types of services, the work is grounded in a few core ways of supporting emotional and relational health. These approaches shape how I work with children, parents, couples, and families across all services.
I am Barbra Cottrell, the founder of Revive Child and Family Therapy. I work with children, parents, couples, and families offering thoughtful, evidence-informed therapy focused on emotional well-being, connection, and healing. I believe relationships form the foundation of emotional health, and my goal is to offer a supportive space where people can navigate challenges and build more meaningful connections.
Revive Child and Family Therapy is rooted in the Castle Rock community and serves individuals, children, couples, and families throughout Colorado. I care deeply about supporting the emotional well-being of the people who live here. In addition to therapy sessions, I value staying connected to the broader community and supporting families beyond the therapy room when possible. This may include collaborating with schools, healthcare providers, or sharing resources that help parents and caregivers feel more supported. My hope is to contribute to a community where people feel understood, supported, and less alone when facing emotional or relational challenges.
If you are considering therapy for yourself, your child, your relationship, or your family, you are welcome to reach out and learn more. An initial conversation is a chance to talk through what is going on and decide whether working together feels like a good fit. There is no pressure and no commitment beyond that first step. Just a conversation.
